COMMUNICATION
Here's how to reach me.
At the start of our collaboration, I kindly ask you to contact me only by email or text message. It can be difficult to monitor all forms of communication, and I want to ensure I can respond as quickly as possible.
I respond to emails within 24-48 hours. For urgent questions, short-notice appointment requests, or if you are running late for a session, email is recommended. Please always send me a text message when you arrive for your session.
I am available by phone between sessions if needed for support. Calls longer than 20 minutes are considered consultations and are subject to a fee. You will never be charged for a call without your knowledge.
PAYMENT
Invest in your empowerment.
Payment is required in full to secure your spot before the start of a session. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
We honor our time together.
The cancellation policy is 100% of the appointment fee. Please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment. In case of emergency, please text immediately to schedule a phone call to discuss the next steps.
